Crystal Pairing: Crystals for Thanksgiving

The holidays aren’t always filled with warmth and joy. A lot of people embrace the holidays with stress and aggravation due to personal family matters and facing old emotional scars of their pasts. We all don’t have picture-perfect families. We may hold bitterness, resentment, or anger against a family member, and cannot forgive and heal in order for us to move on spiritually. Assisting with this upcoming holiday of Thanksgiving, here is a crystal pairing to help heal and restore our family connections.

Spiderweb Jasper – Like a spider’s web, this jasper helps to reveal the interconnectiveness of all the universe. Being a stone associated with the earth and root chakra, it strengthens our sense of protection and security, grounding us and unifies all aspects of our life.

Carnelian – Carnelian is a helpful stone for personal power, overcoming abuse of any kind. It helps ground us to reality, motivating us while removing negative emotions like fear, envy, and rage. It allows us to see both sides of a situation, bringing us clarity and increasing perception. A Sacral Chakra stone, Carnelian helps to restore intimacy and emotional issues.

Epidote – This stone helps in clearing emotional negativity from the body, relieving stress and releasing grief and old emotional trauma. It strengthens your sense of personal power and encourages you to enjoy life to the fullest. An excellent stone for those who suffer martyrdom or victimhood.

Tiger’s Eye – Used by ancients as a talisman against ill wishing and curses, Tiger’s Eye is a very protective stone. It connects to our Solar Plexus chakra, bringing joy and the warm energy of the sun into one’s life. It acts as a self-confidence stone, increasing self-worth, and motivation.

Perseli Bluestone – A stone that brings strength, will power, and courage to oneself, Preseli Bluestone also assists in recognizing and learning the lessons that have shown up in your life. Emotionally, this stone helps to leave old attachments and live in the present moment.

  1. These are my favorite kinds of posts from you. I am a crystal fanatic. I have 3 of the ones listed. I found the info on the carnelien particularly interesting. I have just thought of it as a fiery stone. I associate it with energy and passion.

    1. Thank you so much! Yes, I love Carnelian. I associate it with passion and energy as well, but sometimes our passionate sides can lead to heavy and intense emotions as well. It a great stone for keeping that passion there, but removing those intense negative emotions that sometimes ensue.
